Company: Our client is one of the world`s largest IT companies based in Amsterdam. They specialize in providing virtual data solutions to clients in the finance, pharmaceutical, legal and energy sectors. Now they are seeking applicants for Polish graduate client service account manager position to drive the business forward.
Role: In this role you will be responsible for supporting client services building relationships and providing clients with information on the best use of the company products. You will liaise with the sales and product marketing team delivering growth and achieving revenue targets from targeted customer listings through Inbound and Outbound Activities. You will also be required to provide feedback, quality assurance and collaborate on the improvement of all facets of the product for Best Practices.
Skills: The successful candidate must possess the following skills:
- Excellent Verbal and written Fluency in Polish and English.
- Have a bachelor degree or higher in computer science and or languages
- Have a proven track record of building client relationships and managing a customer services team.
- Excellent computer skills and ability to learn customers business processes quickly
- Outstanding communications and presentation skills
- Proven track record of achieving results with teams.
- Organizational and time management skills with ability to resource projects is a must.
