- Strategic, international Talent Management expert with a relevant university degree, preferably in Psychology/organisational behaviour.
- Approx. 10 years Talent Management experience with 5 years international responsibility in a dynamic FMCG multinational.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing Talent Management strategy, processes and tools on a global scale.
- Confident, conceptual and pragmatic specialist with a strong drive, matching the organization’s demanding pace.
- Organization/culturally sensitive, strong networking skills.
- Excellent project management skills; able to shift between strategic and more operational activities and projects.
- Experience managing Executive Search firms with global scope.
- Fulltime availability of 40 hours a week is an absolute must.
- Excellent English required.
