The job
The Technical Support Specialist, Associate is a member of Omnitracs Technical Support Hotline Team. This team provides first line support to our customers in the English, German, French, Dutch, Spanish and Polish language. An extensive product and support training program will be part of the start-up phase of the job.
Responsibilities
- Technical Support Specialist is responsible for 1st level Customer support,
- Handles incoming requests by email, phone from our internal and external customers in Polish and English.
- Responsible for accurate and timely data input into the CRM system. Clearly documents all issues and interactions, troubleshooting steps and resolutions provided.
- Conducts appropriate follow up, keeps the customer informed, provides status when problem identified.
- Responsible for 1st level End to End product troubleshooting and product support. Demonstrates ability to work with cross functional teams such as Account Managers, Field Engineers, Sales Managers and IT.
- Participates in planned or unplanned downtime-resolution, performs Stand by duty.
