The Senior TrainingCoach will train a group of students from different countries including Turkey, China, the Netherlands, Poland and the Czech Republic in working with the company’s machines, processes and products.
Main Tasks
- Analyze, design, develop and evaluate training courses
- Lead and conduct classroom training courses on our products, machines and tools
- Develop and administer end of course evaluations
- Provide on-the-job training (specific engineering projects) in Mijdrecht.
After training students must be able to:
- Improve operational processes throughout the company production companies
- Work and think in a creative and conceptual manner
- Engineer, manufacture and adjust new machines, machine parts and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance
- Commission new and adjusted machines and machine parts (including testing and first production)
- Contribute to further optimization of operational processes
- Instruct operators
- Create procedures specifications and maintenance documents for machine and tool settings
- Create machine drawings, product drawings.
- In the long run, all of the above will also apply on product level.
Requirements
- HBO or Academic level, Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics
- Excellent knowledge of technical processes, techniques and technology
- Ability to and experienced in developing, machines and products, creating machine- and product drawings and specifications
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Knowledge of and interest in working with students from different cultures
- Good knowledge of Mechatronics (Hydraulics, Pneumatics, PLC)
Software:
- Knowledge of CAM systems
- Knowledge of CAD systems, preferably Solid Works
- Excellent knowledge of English language and preferably Dutch language
- Strong interpersonal and teambuilding skills
- Knowledge of active learning strategies.
- Strong personality
- Capable of building and maintaining student interest during training
- Proven training skills
