Front end Developer
The client, a market leading ecommerce specialist, is currently seeking HTML/CSS/Javascript Front-End Developers
As an HTML/CSS/Javascript Front-End Developer, you will be implementing the user interfaces of the website. You will work with colleagues in the design and development teams to implement website features which our users interact with directly. The successful candidate will be passionate about coding and have an excellent eye for detail and an absolute commitment to making sure features are well implemented and bug free.
Skills & Experience
- Expert in HTML, CSS and Javascript;
- Comfortable working on a command line;
- Knowledge of version control systems;
- Excellent communicator with a pragmatic able to understand requirements;
- Working knowledge of W3C standards for web development;
- Able to work well independently and within a team;
- Front-end coding in a commercial environment;
- Solid experience with Javascript;
- Experience with templating systems;
- Experience with validating and testing;
- Experience with graphical software (e.g. Photoshop);
- Dealing with browser compatibility and implementing workarounds.
