Responsibilities
- Ensure a well-functioning and smooth running flow
- Improve the quality of the flow
Main tasks
- Receive, check and process customer orders in respect of company rules and procedures
- Receive and check depot stock
- Match customers’ orders with depot stock and execute orders
- Solve excess inventory on retail depots
- Arrange collection transport and delivery transport when applicable
- Control and follow up customers balances
- Daily analysis of customer collection plan
- Daily analysis of depot hand out plan
- Daily follow up of depot stock development
- Frequent report about structural deviations of daily plans
- Escalate challenges if necessary
Sub tasks
- Document filing
- Attend meetings (local company) when needed
- Deliver good, accurate and relevant information to team members
Skills and Competences
- High degree of accuracy, flexibility and pro-activeness
- Native level German and Polish
- Excellent english
- Analytically strong and a high sense for priority when tasks need to be solved within a limited time frames
- Well develop communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and work in teams
- Creative, innovative as well as independent
