Polish (junior) Online Marketer, 40hrs

As a (junior) Online Marketer you will be responsible for the startup of a whole new sales channel for the company in Poland.
You will be responsible for starting the sales on one assigned online Polish platform.
Later you will start-up more sales channels in Poland after you brought the sales activities on this platform to a success. The role of the Online Marketer is to coordinate and execute country specific (online) marketing activities for the Polish webshop in a later stage to achieve a greater exposure of the companies brand.
You are interested to work in an enthusiastic multilingual team within a dynamic and rapidly growing company.


  • Responsible for the start-up of sales via the assigned Polish online platform in Poland;
  • Keeping administration for product placement, place content and monitor order processes;
  • Market Research;
  • Stay up to date with e-commerce and online marketing developments
  • Initiate country specific marketing activities
  • Making analyses to improve sales and do research to make this sales activity to a success;
  • Maximal online presence and awareness creating activities on country level;
  • When sales activities on the assigned Polish online platform are at a certain level you will start up other sales channels e.g. starting a webshop for the companies own brand;
  • Execute country specific marketing and advertising activities according to overall marketing plan: creation, optimization, reporting, analysis and optimization of campaigns
  • 1 – 2 years experience in a comparable job
  • Completed Bachelor or Master degree in (online) marketing
  • Native Polish with good English skills and preferably Czech
  • Experience and/or knowledge of online B2C platforms
  • Interested in (online) marketing and eager to learn
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Affinity with online sales and conducting analyses
  • Enthusiastic personality and a creative problem-solver
  • Stress resistant and able to respond to changing priorities;
  • Experience in working with computers and MS Office
  • Good communication skills to advise Head of Sales, as well as talk to extern partners
  • Available 40 hours per week.
