Main Duties
- Perform regular quality reviews on compliance of projects with office wide project standards and procedures and report on its findings.
- Perform on request project assurance activities.
- Maintain the project and quality assurance procedures, standards and templates.
- Act as service manager for the related managed service.
- Provide guidance and assistance to Project managers with regard to Project Management Products and Processes.
- Contribute to the revision and improvement of the existing project procedures, processes and documentation.
The ideal candidate will have
- At least five years’ experience with Project Assurance and Quality Assurance tasks/activities.
- PRINCE2 Practitioner certification and excellent knowledge of project management methodologies.
- Project Management experience in an IT environment.
- Knowledge of project management maturity models (e.g. P3M3).
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and related quality standards (such as ISO 9000 series).
- Experience in coaching on the use of project management processes.
- Discretion and good interpersonal skills together with excellent communication skills.
- The ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing requirements and circumstances.
- Knowledge and affinity with software development lifecycles.
- Knowledge and affinity with ITIL processes.
